Who Can Attend?
We center our events around bisexual+ identities (any identity that is not monosexual, queer, pansexual, bisexual, polysexual, questioning, etc.) and we welcome all genders. We just ask that you please RSVP. 

 

As COVID cases continue to rise, please do not attend if you are experiencing any symptoms. We encourage testing where you can. 

Access​ 

• Volunteers will be there to help facilitate social activities and keep everyone included/involved.

• Area is on grass, but relatively flat terrain and close to sidewalks (see image).

• Public washroom close by, but they seem to be gendered and aren't universally accessible unfortunately.

• Feel free to bring anything you need to ensure your comfort and/or presence! Need a foldable chair because sitting on the ground hurts? Awesome! You need to bring a stim toy? Great. Need a parasol and sunglasses because the summer sun is a lot? Totally understandable. 

• If there's anything we can do to make this picnic more accessible for you, please feel free to contact us beforehand or let us know during the event.

• Accessible and gender neutral washrooms located in pool facility area.

Weather

This event is definitely weather dependent! If the forecast looks bad closer to the date, we will be in touch with everyone through instagram and email to set a new (sunnier) date.
